The charm of this city lies in its size…or lack there of. As you wander the city streets note the humble buildings, few taller than a palm tree, and the colonial era houses that line the way. Outside this commercial, social and cultural capital, however, waits a different world altogether, where animals outnumber people and two lane country roads are the means from one village to another.
